Course Description:
The Close Protection Refresher course is for existing SIA Licence holders who wish to renew their Close Protection SIA Licence.
This refresher course is for close protection officers applying to renew their licence as of October 1st 2022.
If you are applying to renew your close protection officer licence, there are now updated elements to the qualification. That means you’ll need to learn a few new elements, and you will also briefly refresh previously learned content.
Course Details and Duration:
Course Times: 09:00 to 19:00
Duration: 3 days
Certification: Successful candidates will receive a Level 3 Award in Close Protection Refresher (QCF) certificate.
Assessment: The course is assessed by 4 multiple choice exams and a trainer observation.
Please note you must posess a minimum of a First Aid at Work Qualification to apply for this course.
Results: Results are usually available within 10-15 working days of completing the exam.
